POS (Point of Sale) Billing is a quick and simple billing system in SIM made for shops where fast checkout is important. It changes the screen into an easy-to-use billing counter so you can quickly add items, take payments, and generate receipts.
You can use devices like barcode scanners and thermal printers, or even your phone camera to scan products, making the whole billing process faster and smoother.

- Used by retail shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, or any business with a billing counter.
- Ideal for businesses with high sales volume that need fast checkout.
Step-by-Step Flow
Flow
- Enable POS from the side menu.
- Go to Create Invoice page.
- Select products.
- Click Save and Next.
- Select customer and payment type.
- Click Save and Exit to complete the invoice.

Optional Features
These devices are not required, but they make billing faster and smoother:
- Thermal Printer: Instantly prints receipts. Supports sizes like 58mm and can connect via Bluetooth or cable.
- Barcode Scanner: Adds products quickly by scanning barcodes. Can be connected via Bluetooth/cable, or you can use your device camera if a scanner is not available.

Product Addition Methods (POS Billing Screen)
Three ways to add products to the cart during a POS transaction:

- POS vs. Standard Invoice: Both create a sales record, but POS mode is optimized for speed at a physical counter with product images, barcode scanning, and instant printing. Standard invoicing is designed for detailed billing, document customization, and client-specific records.
- Walk-in Customer: Avoid adding any customer details.
- Regular Customer: Save full details such as Name, Address, Phone, GSTIN, and more.
